I have a nearly identical composition (including the waves) that I have debated whether to post. I did have some clouds, but I certainly know how you feel. Summers and winters in Oregon are so frustrating, by April I am ready to puke when I see a waterfall

No, actually. A Singh-Ray 2-stop filter up top to control the exposure. Capture One and Photoshop, otherwise. Might replace this with a different version. . . I applied a few luminosity masks to further expand the dynamic range, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. Thoughts?
