Honestly, when you look at this, you really 'see' the composition, the lines, the rotation, the shape.
Great shot, and I think that choosing monochrome really helps here, bringing out the basic composition even more.

My only gripe with this is shot is purely technical one: there's quite thin but bright halo around the rocks on the right hand side of the image.
Did you apply any filter like ND8?
